Domestic and International Orders

  • Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

Orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. ET to qualify for same-day processing.

Weekend Delivery

Saturday delivery may be available for select services when orders are placed by 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday. Additional charges may apply.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using FedEx International and DHL. International delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs clearance procedures.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We ship to APO and FPO addresses via registered mail. Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, though delays may occur due to military mail handling procedures.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

If your tracking number does not immediately show activity:

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number
  • Carrier systems may experience delays in posting tracking updates

If tracking information remains unavailable after 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery, additional shipping charges, or lost packages

Reporting a damaged shipment

If your package arrives damaged:

Reporting a missing item

If an item appears to be missing from your order:
